looks like you may have some dust or dried moisture spots on your sensor. The last pic has the most.

For doing it yourself I got this from Amazon: Altura Photo Professional Cleaning Kit for DSLR Cameras and Sensors Bundle with APS-C Sensor Cleaning Swabs and Carry Case. I have a crop sensor camera. You might have to get a different one for full frame sensor.

Some very nice compositional skills represented here.
(might want to clean your sensor - dust spots are quite evident in the last shot)

I have seen thus on a Pentax k20. I cleaned the internals many times. The spots have a tendency to show up bad in blue sky. Tried different lenses..same sky..same result. The spots appear to show up in random places. I have a k10 and k30 that this does not happen on. I would like to hear what you experts think it is. All the cameras are ASP C sensors.
