Google is known, as Microsoft, to create small programs that are not supported after a time.
This is one of them. It is loaded as a script in PS CC.
Basically what it does it to cut an image in smaller parts in order to facilitate viewing of large zoom-able images. You can pay from a few $$ to hundred for same thing. This is free.

I have created a really large file (9,516 x 16,704 pixels) to show the results. This created about 21,000 tiles for a global size of app. 8.5GB.
