A sad little town whose industry fell to zero.
Knife making was the primary industry and employment. All but one factory has ceased to exist. While considered as the 'knife capital of the world' there is really nothing that redeems the bleakness and sense of abandon. I have taken multiple images that shows how the lack of care, hasty renovation have damaged even the most sturdy buildings.
As far as panorama goes, this is taken from a street looking down at the valley. Seven images, handheld. Original is 168 mb so greatly reduced to fit UHH requirements.
