Green Screen issues

I had a photo shoot about two weeks ago using my green screen but the screen showed up in the final photos. How do I edit this in post processing? I had the subject well lit with a studio lighting kit, flash unit, and had the baby situated at a correct distance.

Let me hazard a wild guess. . .this the first time you have used your green screen set up?

Do you understand the concept of using a green screen?

Yes, I understand how to use it and have used it once before. I have followed the software manual, I have googled the topic, and have read other info on the product.

Make sure your green screen software is set to green screen and not blue screen, go to adjustment, the go to combine (in g.s. wizard). I do not know what software you use but if you are using G.S. Wizard that could be a reason.

Thank you. I'm using the software that came with the product, it's fxhome/photokey. I will go back and try your suggestions.
