There is a professional and amature portrait section. That would be a better place to get suggestions. There are world class portrait photographers there, that are very willing to help.

Quite well done. The only issue I would have is with the first one. I think she is just a bit too far to the right of the photo. Regardless, your images are sharp, well exposed, and seem to reveal a great rapport with your models.

You have arrived as a fashion photographer. Looks like you may have had experience on the other side of the camera to be able to coach them on the poses.
