The point is that we could not legally withhold their money and that would have been upheld in the World Court. It was their money. Doing some research would show that.

Barack Obama could extemporaneously speak a complete sentence, some with subordinating clauses. That was a sign of superior intelligence and the lack of such in the White House will have inevitable consequences. You can be sure the worlds leaders are listening and taking their measures.
