Debbie, welcome to UHH. I'm sure that being active on this site will lead to even better photos than you are taking now, if for no other reason than just the incentive to improve.

I hope you will not be disappointed in what you're looking for here, But I hope your skin is at least a little thick i'm not sure all we consider the answers here kind and courteous at all times.

Welcome! This group is an interesting one indeed. As a very serious writer (one of my novels is about a couple of bullied staff members at a small college who find a way to use their bully boss to hasten his own demise!!) I'd say please yourself first, and look for your own "voice" (= sight?) if your photography. On the other hand, trying to sell stuff is VERY educational, and if you do it seriously, you'll learn a lot about the art business in general. Good luck!

Welcome. Just be prepared you will have some on here that will say nasty things about your photos. You just have to ignore them and keep posting. There are a lot more nice people that will be more than happy to help. Talk to them and ignore the rest.
