When I take a set of images to be stitched, should I refocus the camera for each shot, or use the focus setting from first shot? I use a canon t6, with back button focus. Thank you.

Focus and exposure should not be changed during shots

It depends. If you use hyper-focal you simply do not care.

There is no definite answer yes or no.

Focus stacking for panorama is done from time to time. This means stacking images before stitching. This is different from the question asked but...

Thanks to all, now I need some better weather to go out and try again. The goal is to improve at least 10% each time I attempt Panoramas.

I put the camera on high speed mode, and fire off three shots.
