An introduction

After hanging around for a bit, I thought I would make my first picture post and introduce myself. My name is Richard Schuh (which explains my login id). I am a 76-year old retired Systems Engineer, having worked in the IT field since long before it was called that. I have been dabbling in photography when I could since 1972 when I bought an Olympus OM1 MD. The first 4 pictures are from the file days, scanned from old photos. The butterfly was taken using a Vivitar 70-210mm Series I zoom. The second and third are scenes from the Current River National Scenic River in Missouri and the Fourth from the trail around the nob of Pilot Mountain in the N.C. State Park named after the mountain.(Please forgive typos, I am typing with an arm in a sling due to rotator cuff surgery.)
