Canada Goose (or do you say Geese)

Continuing to learn how to set up my new camera (Canon 7D II) and lens (Canon 100-400) for BIF. Went over to a local forest preserve on a gray day with some snow coming down (pics 1-4) and on a nicer day (last pic). I like it when they stick their tongue out.

Thanks. It's fun when you figure out something on your newfangled camera and it actually works!

Thanks! I agree - for the (around here) commonplace Canada Goose they look somehow more majestic in flight.

Nice shots, MikWar! We have a lot of Canada Geese around here and I really don't like them (VERY messy!!!!), but I do love watching them in flight!

Good Morning,

Nice shots again! To answer your question, when there is only one , it's a goose, when two or more then it's geese. Watch out if a large flock of geese take off over you, you may get a lot more then just having them stick their tongues out at you!
