When I upload my pictures I go in and click on one to edit and in the bases under WB I have three choices as shot auto and custom I used to have eight choices, when you go down to camera calibration the only choice I have is embedded I do not have landscape portrait and all the others I am using a 70 D is it in my light room settings or on my camera settings
Thanks

Do you use the CC program. Did you recently update Lightroom? Did you by any chance choose Lightroom CC instead of Lightroom Classic? Lightroom CC has fewer options for editing than Lightroom Classic.

No I have not updated lightroom I still have the old version
My Lightroom (old version) only offers the three WB choices you listed and embedded is the only choice offered under camera calibration.

I have a lightroom 5.7 Back in October I was in Rocky Mountain national Park took like 1500 pictures they all had on a white balance eight choices and then Under camera calibration there is like six choices but between now and back in October I have lost those choices
I think I found the answer. The 8 options are available in RAW but only three available in JPEG.
Same thing for camera calibration.

You hit the nail on the head how in the World my camera got changed to JPEG I do not know but anyway it works thank you a lot Dale
When you see "Embedded" you are dealing with a file that has been "baked" such as a JPEG.
Glad you got your issue figured out...
Best,
Todd Ferguson
Have you used the eye dropper tool to custom set your white balance? It works for both Raw and JPG files. Click on it and locate an area of the photo that is either black, white or neutral gray click on the area. LR will then attempt to adjust the WB parameters, you can then use the sliders to tweak the settings, revert back to the original or keep the settings if you desire.
Thanks to all for the help
Dale

Did you upload a jpg? You only get the choices with a raw file.
