Looking for a Carry Camera

I’m looking for a carry camera to replace one that died. It needs to be relatively inexpensive, fit in a pants pocket, and absolutely must have a viewfinder; a back screen is inconsequential to me. If I can’t find one with a viewfinder, I’ll just use my phone. I’m open to new or used. Any suggestions?

There are very good Sony and Panasonic pocket cameras with viewfinder. However, if you want an inexpensive one, it will most likely be a Sony pocket camera, that does not shoot RAW. Such as the HX-90V. JPEG only. Panasonic, on the other hand offers RAW and a viewfinder, but they ain't cheap. Sony sensors will likely be the 1/2.3". Good luck. Some Sony pocket cameras shoot RAW too. More $$.

Have an LX 100 Lumix. Might fit in a pants pocket but tight. Definitely will fit in a jacket pocket. Micro 4/3 both LCD and electronic viewfinder.

I have a small Nikon Coolpix I picked up on eBay for $75. Travel with it when riding my Harley. Pull it out at Read lights to grab a fast shot.

Look at the Canon Power Shot G series. I have the G-15 which shoots in raw and has an f/1.8 - 2.8 lens 6.1mm - 30.5mm Lens. It has a viewfinder. It has been replaced by the G-16. As far as I know all of the G series will shoot in raw as well as jpeg.
