Earl, I remember 6 cylinder enhancements from the 60s and early 70s. I did do some enhancements to my 64 El Camino but nothing close to the photo you took of this Hemi.
My mods were mostly to the ignition system. Did away with the points and condenser by installing some of the new electronic setups that were available back then.
