I heard that if someone filing their taxes for 2016 does not put a health insurance company on the tax form, or prove that they paid the mandate fine, the IRS will automatically take the mandated fine out of their returns (and bill them if they are not expecting any money back) because this is the last year they will be getting those fines.

Democrats had NOTHING to do with Republicans not being able to submit a health care bill to the president - Republicans have a large enough majority to do it all on their own. Republicans k**led their chance at a health care bill, REPUBLICANS k**led it, all on their own. Stop blaming people that had NOTHING to do with it.
