No matter what the investigation reveals; good or bad for the President--both parties should respect the integrity of the investigation, and accept the results.
But, the Trump supporters will not accept anything negative.
Sort of like the liberal "Resist" movement accepts the e******n results?
The investigation into Trump began due to the "dossier". The FBI and DOJ has not and says they cannot verify anything of importance in the Trump/Russia collusion dossier.
In the meantime, we learn that Strzok and his gal pal, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who worked for Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, are exchanging text messages that reek of e******n tampering (illegal).
"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office — that there's no way he gets elected — but I'm afraid we can’t take that risk," he wrote. "It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40."
Somehow Mueller "discovers" this long after Strzok is one of his main investigators. He fires him from his team and Strzok is demoted back to FBI HR. Mueller stalls questions for months regarding his dismissal (why?). Not exactly an upfront kind of guy.
McCabe, the Andy that is referred to in that particular text exchange, has altered his testimony in front of Congress. His wife, Jill, received money with ties to Clinton to run for office.
--That year, Dr. Jill McCabe — Andrew’s wife — ran for Virginia state Senate with support of the state’s Democratic Party. She received $467,500 from then-Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s political action committee and $207,788 from the state’s Democratic Party. McAuliffe, it’s worth noting, is a political ally and personal friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton--
McCabe and Strzok both worked on Clintons email investigation with Strzok famously changing the wording of Comey's reply from “grossly negligent” to “extremely careless”, thus setting Clinton free of charges from the FBI.
So let's sum up. McCabe can't verify anything of substance in the dossier that the FBI allegedly helped to par for. That dossier was the "smoking gun" that led to a special counsel where an in the tank Clinton zealot (Strzok) investigating Trump had texted about an insurance policy to prevent him from the presidency. The same zealot that made a crucial change in the "findings" of the Clinton email investigation.
Does this smack of a hit job? Of course it does!
Now McCabe wants to retire in 3 months with a full pension after being complicit in this activity.
