There was a thread of this some time ago, but it did not answer my question. I have an iPhone 6s+. When I first got the camera I was able to set it up with SnapBridge and it worked fine. Then, after about a week or so it quit working and I have not been able to get it to work since. It gets as far in the setup that the iPhone sees the camera and comes up with the screen where you select 'Accessories'. When I select the D500 it comes back immediately and says Connection Unsuccessful. I can't figure out what I could be doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've thought of removing the SnapBridge application from my iPhone and downloading it again, but I don't know how to do that.
I played with it for a day...that's it. Nope. Nay. Negative. Even if it did the deed as Nikon *hopes* it's just too dam slow.
Thanks for the comments. I guess what has me stumped is why it worked for a while and then quit working. I would understand it better if it had never worked. Of course, I do have the application on my iPhone set for auto update, so maybe an update messed it up for me? I'm just frustrated.

...have you uninstalled and re-installed?

I would if I could, but I don't know how to uninstall software from my iPhone.

I did what I should have done and Googled how to delete an application. It was really easy. Now I'll try to re-install SnapBridge.

I uninstalled and then re-installed SnapBridge and had the same results. I'm sure I must have some setting wrong, but I can't figure out what.

I checked and Bluetooth says Not Connected and I was unable to get that to connect.

Apple constantly changes their OS making compatibility very difficult for any other manufacturers, intentionally.
Nikon HAS released a firmware update to help Apple compatibility issues. They also very recently released an update to Snapbridge itself which speeds up connection times and adds functionality.
Make sure your camera has the firmware update installed.

Call Nikon customer service at 1-800-645-6687.
I got a notice a couple of days ago saying there was an update to SnapBridge. I don't use it so didn't download it, but might be worth a shot.

Touch the ap icon and hold until all the icons start to “wiggle”, then simply touch the “x” in the upper corner of the ap you wish to delete.
Hi Tikva, I had the same problem but on rereading the install instructions I saw it that If it didn't work on the Bluetooth connection was to physically TOUCH the camera to the phone or device.
It worked for me after a couple of attempts. I hope it works for you. Terry.

Thanks, I’ll give that a try.
