They are not entitlements as we did pay into them.
However, they are circling the drain and anyone with a modicum of analytical ability understands they need to be changed going forward. The retirement age is going to have to be increased for people who are under a certain age, probably 35-45. Also, they will probably increase the amount of salary elegible for s.s. Taxation.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the tax cut signed yesterday......it is basic demographics and math. It also means NOTHING will be taken away from those in or even remotely near retirement.
So, chicken little, other than that how is life??.
