windows update warning

I just did an extensive windows update on three of my computers. The update took over 1 1/2 hours on each computer. After the update I checked my restore points, I create them on all my computers twice a month. All the restore points on all three computers were gone. I can only conclude that the windows update erased them. Be warned.

I’m on the iPad at the moment, but I did the updates on all mine the other day ( I’m in the UK and using “7”) after they had all finished my network would not work on any of them, took about 3 days to figure out what they had done Grrrrrrr, but I’ll check it out again today for restore points ?
