Spectacular photographs as always. Well done.
Dennis
Awesome set. Superb work.
Well, I’m a sucker for camo so I automatically love that flying Gecko. However that first shot of the Malcom’s Viper is just amazing. I love the way the forked tongue extends into the foreground.
Absolutely stunning. The horned frogs look so indignant. And I can imagine why the flying gecko would be hard to find, as it is so well camoflaged.
Thanks for looking and commenting, Dennis, kpmac, Allen, Mark.
The snake with its tongue out is one fine shot. They are all interesting but that one is the clear winner in my book.
What a terrific set, as always. Thanks for posting these spectacular photos.
Sometime I would like to see how you take these amazing pictures. I really haven't seen anything like them when you started posting pictures.
How do you get so close to venomous snakes without placing yourself in harms way? What about if I was to take one of your tours?
Thanks for the comments, raymondh, Terry.
Terry - i always start by taking photos of any venomous snakes from safe distance, and only get closer, and closer if they look calm and chill. I was really close because I use the Laowa 15mm. But if you are not comfortable getting too close, you can use a 90mm/100mm/105mm macro lens.
