Three of my granddaughters. A little fuzzy around the hairlines. I cloned out some distracting background (not very well).
Please use download.
Thanks for viewing,
Mark

Interesting, in the thumbnail it looks like a sepia file. On download it is in color. You are lucky you could get 3 of your grandkids to stand still and pose. I am lucky if I see 2 of mine at once.

Thanks. I found that strange, too. I Have no clue why the thumbnail is different than the download. Never saw that before with any of my uploads to UHH.
Well, maybe it is because they are three, lovely but very narcissistic, young "women". It seems like two hours ago, that they were crawling.

Beautiful smiles.....but just curious: what contribution did tethering make?

Color space. UHH converts to sRGB. This has been mentioned several times, I guess you missed it.

I agree that the miracle here was actually getting them to pose and smile :)

Just to ask, I would normally like to see more space between the tops of their heads and the edge of the photo. Is that a function of the tethering process or just the luck of the draw on this shot?

Thanks.
None, really. I had the images from that shoot filed in a folder partially named, "Tethering,.."

I agree. I set up the shoot on a tripod and tethered to my laptop so the kids could shoot and view. The background was set up against a neutral colored window shade. The girls must have moved because the images had a distracting picture frame from the wall adjacent to the window shade. I cropped it tightly and cloned out the frame. So, not much space above their heads.
Thanks for the comment.

It's strange. When I view the image on my monitor, it looks exactly like the download. The only time I see sepia is the uploaded image to UHH.
Thanks.
