It is claustrophobic. Interesting shot. It shows exceptional use of space for a lot of gear, fire escape, vents, electrical gear, garbage dumpsters, and what appears to be a storage shed. I am a hick from the sticks so I don't see things crammed in that tightly very often. I imagine it is a place not photographed by many. That in itself makes it even more unique.
I like it--great depth perspective. I believe I’d crop the black top off, as it doesn’t add enhance the photo and doesn’t really provide any framing.
I don't see any people. Should this be classified architectural? Nice shot!
I like this shot. There are no people but plenty of evidence of human activity. Like Dragonfist said, it is amazing how they can cram so much stuff into so little space. What impressed me is that apart from a couple of plastic cups that have fallen out of a dumpster the whole place is spotlessly clean and it could so easily be a different way. I like how the leading line of the dumpster leads into the bottom of the building and then up into the rest of the picture. Everything has its place and is neatly arranged, even the drum up on a stillage. Is that a water tank or an airco unit at the top of the frame? It always amazes me why they spring such heavy stuff so far out from the side of the building.
No people but this shot works for me. I can imaging Cagney and Lacey chasing the bad guys down here and all the tidy dumpsters getting strewn everywhere to slow them down. Ah well, flights of fancy.
The conduits, the brick patterns and the fire escapes overhead all point to the bright light ahead. Dang, do I have to be here?
Thanks everyone for the fine comments. You make me feel like someday I'll know what I'm doing!
I like the shot Robert but I agree with Jay about cropping the black top portion.

It really is an interesting experiment in lines, pretty cool shot.
