Would you rather be 15 for the rest of your life, or 64 for the rest of your life? Personally, I think I'd go for 15.
"Will you still need me, will you still please me? When I'm 64."
When the Beatles sang that song, I was about 15, now I'm
64. I've got great memories of being 15, but I've learned so
much since then. It would be hard to go back through all
those lessons again.
Retired and loving it.

I'm with cableguy. Passed 64 some 6 years ago. No creaky bones, good health, lots of energy then, and still have. And had just gotten very happily remarried at 62. At 15 my father who was an alcoholic was just about to shoot himself, we had no money and no fun, and it was tough for my Mum with 3 daughters. No contest. The Beatles knew a thing or two - and they were only in their 20's!
Ahh. . . I'll let ya know next year!! But right now I'm leaning for 64.

Well, at age 83 I find it takes about 12years to get used to my age. So I take the question to be a moving target. Have fun with it, folks. For me, I'm going to go think about it --code for taking a nap.
Now you are really talkin'! "Think about it" just found a way into my vocabulary.
Asking someone in their 60s if they would like to be a teenager again is like asking a 2nd semester high school senior if they would like to go back to grade school. No thanks. I have learned some painful lessons along the way and do not desire to repeat the learning experiences.

Was it Bob Seger that sang "wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then"?
Toby Keith...
would rather be 35 (still had a great body & some sense by then) however between the choices given am hoping 64 is gonna be great. Hated 15! Too many issues & growing pains.

Many 64 year olds can not drive cars!

15 was hard, very, very hard. I would never want to redo the high school years. I have yet to turn 64 (still have 24 more years to go on that ), but I'd take 64 over 15 any day.
What i find a bit sad about being nearly 60 is that some younger people don't respect your opinion or think you should'nt have one. Take care kind regards Art
At 66 I've been at both places. I am thankful for where I am at. I wake up each morning in pain, and my body seems to struggle against the young spirit thats in my heart. Yet I am thankful for everything for each day is closer to my new body without pain, and eternity in joy and love.

I'm 64, and retired after a long fulfilling career. I am free as a bird, with no major responsibilities, and lovin' it.

I will also let you know in a few years. :) If I feel as good as I do now, I'd go for 64. At 15 I was still stupid!

I picked the 15, I don't know if it was the right choice.
!'ve been both 15 and 64. I'd take a healthy 64, Unless I could be 15 and know what I know now!
