Read the instruction when you post. Browse for file? Do it. Attachment? click it.
It is not more complex than that, just take the time to read.

Or, when you post a picture check the "Store Original" box. Then your original file can be saved including EXIF data, if any. They can also save the thumbnail that is currently showing.
