This was captures as a three row, 15 shot panorama. The aspect needed to be close to square, and a single shot would not have provided what I was looking for after cropping.
I used a D800, 45mm PC-E, 1/5 sec @ F11. I used vertical shift to do the three rows, and simply rotated the camera to get the 5 columns. It was exposed to ensure the highlights were not overexposed. The pano was stitched in Lr, then made a few adjustments for tone, blacks, clarity, sharpening, some dehaze, and very slight cropping. On1 provided sky contrast, color enhancements and color balance.
That’s a beautiful sky.
Fantastic capture. Great time of day to capture the beautiful sky colors.

Thanks!
I like to shoot at dawn - it's so peaceful.
