Anyone have what you feel is a great Flash Slideshow Maker for Mac?
Your built in Photos app has a pretty good slide show maker and it comes with the computer.
Have pictures all organized but can't seem to get them in the slide show program???

At top drop down menu go to "Files" and then "Create." You will get the option to create a slideshow. Once you click on that option, it will ask for the name of the slideshow. Name your show and it will automatically open into all your photos with a request to add slides to create the show. You can then "select all" or choose individual slides.
My problem with the Photos slideshow, is that it's extremely difficult to add captions and once you do, almost impossible to change the font size, font color, text box color, etc. I scanned about 75 slides my father took of our family back in the '60's and I'd like to set up a captioned show so viewers will know who, what, where and when for each slide. That way, they'll make some sense to my kids and grandkids when I'm no longer around to explain them. Anyone out there know how to adjust captions in Photos slideshows?

Suggest you read my topic about Apple’s response to the slideshow problem I discovered.

I'd love to. How might I access that topic?

I use Pro Show Gold on my Dell. It also has a Mac version. It's a really great, intuitive program to make dynamic styles, add text, and to add audio. It's about $70.
I'm leery about any software that has Flash as its core -- the list of devices that can't run Flash grows longer every day, mainly due to security issues.
