I agree (and nice pics by the way). I grew up in rural Missouri hunting deer, rabbits, etc., but gave up doing it with a gun 30 years ago. More satisfying to "shoot", get my "trophy", and leave the animal alive. I can afford to buy my meat at Safeway.
My last "trophy", taken in Yosemite Valley last June. To my knowledge she is still among the living.

And that's what counts. I myself have a few good trophy photos and some great fawn and family photos. They are beautiful animals and deserve to live a good life.....Rich
