I don't have my new computer yet, and no internet in my new location, only what I'm use is my smartphone , question: so if I'm by this program now by the phone ,they give me some access numbers or pass ? so I can use the numbers in the future on my Mac or PC ?
I do have same dilemma with any Lightroom or Photoshop , Topaz , I'm very behind with this stuff so please help me understand how this works , thank you everyone for take the time and explain to me I'm dumb 😁

The problem I see is when you purchase Luminar 2018 they will give you a code number, then you can Download Luminar, but with no internet you won't be able to do the download.

If you can get to an Internet cafe or someplace that has internet you can download Luminar and copy to a flash drive.

When you purchase Luminar 2018, you will get an email from Macphun, now called Skylum since they changed their name. The email will give you your your License Key and I believe will also include a link to download Luminar, or you log in to your account and download it from there.
