More to the point, what is the guy hiding behind the clock doing, apart from not attracting the attention of the ladies sitting on the bench?

Great colors, especially the clock and the tiles around the entrances. The one thing missing is no one holding or reading a newspaper. Communication has changed rapidly in the last few years.
