Thank you, Donna. I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving also. BTW: the turkey from yesterday was at my son's house and it was outstanding. First time cooking a turkey for them and it was in their new convection oven. Perfect!

We don't have Thanks Giving over here Tom but you can still post some left overs to me if you like...
Nice shot of a beautiful turkey, I put mine on my smoker, when it comes out it's as black as the ace of spades.
Looks delicious, Tom and I just about scalded my fingers in trying to slice ours which was just out of the oven, as we were running behind and everyone was waiting to dine!
