Trying to guess in advance what Nikon has for 2018 is just that, a guess. Nikon does not say a word about their new products very often.
I do know for sure that they are going to introduce a new mirrorless camera system in 2018 and if you ask me I am going to say they are late on this one. For years Olympus, Panasonic and Fuji, just to mention a few of them, have been updating and improving their mirrorless cameras and at present they are doing very well in marketing.
Lets wait and see.
