Raining and cold in the 'Burgh with no Steelers game today - time to play with some old photo's from Cravens House. Lookout mountain was rainy, overcast and foggy - perfect time to shoot civil war battle memorials. The fog gave it an eerie feeling and enhanced (maybe) by black and white split toning in LR. Straight B&W looks great too but trying something new. Although the raw files are well exposed, I intentionally brought the exposure down in LR in order to try and make the shots more compelling. Comments welcome. Side by side color and B&W split tone for your review and comment. All from my old T2i
Beautiful - I know that exact spot! Love how you composed it as well ;)

Thanks, only had one day there so I was lucky to catch the low clouds. The top of the mountain was completed enveloped in cloud !
Thanks Leicaflex and Longshadow.
Nice set with a good theme and presentation. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for looking in Don and UTMike
Very nice series. Very moody and somber feeling from the fog/clouds and low light.
