I am a Adobe CC subscriber, and anticipate that I will continue as I consider it a bargain at $10/mo. I've also been using ON1 software for several years, primarily in replacing skies. I also purchased the new ON1 Photo Raw 2018, but have not processed a single image with this new software. Mostly been viewing training videos for the software. I'm very impressed. Lightroom CC has been my "go to" software with some minor touch-ups in PS CC. On 1 appears to be a "comer" in image processing and I anticipate that I will be using it to a much greater extent. For those of you who resist the Adobe subscription, I would take a close look at the new ON1 Photo Raw 2018.

I like to use the effects module in On1 as a plug into Photoshop CC and use the Dynamic Contrast, Toning and Vignetting module the most.

I am using the crop/resizing and it is good.
I would stick to Photoshop as I do not want to learn another photoediting program and because it is excellent. Maybe for somebody who tries to learn photoediting, ON1 would be easier.

As someone who is in the process of leaving Picasa which I used for years, and just getting setup with the Lightroom subscription but have not even transferred collections to LIghtroom yet, I have been reading about On1 and wondering if I would be better off with it. The lightroom subscription is not really the problem for me, but the constant questions people have asking others how to use Lightroom is giving me pause.

I wonder if ON1 would be just as good for me and if it would be easier to learn.......Anyone with experience is requestd to comment.
