You have an uncanny ability to be in the right place, at the right time, with the perfect sky, perfect water, and perfect scene! Amazing!

Thank you very much Stan, it's more like that these have been taken over the years.

All beautiful images. Well done. May I ask where the last one was taken.

Thank you very much, the last one was taken at Otto Lake in Alaska, it's near Healy.

Mike, you are clearly an experienced and accomplished photographer. I would like to be able to shoot a fraction of what you do. How do you get the subject matter so clean and crisp? Do you use any filters? Any special techniques? Any special equipment?

Nothing special, in digital I use the P program as I am too old to learn all that. I mostly underexpose by 1 EV number, I always use a Polarizer. Many of my pictures are from the film days when everything was simple. As for the Photoshop, again I am a novice, it was a present from my grandson, I dodge and burn I might adjust the contrast, like I did in my darkroom the film days. I forgot, I use Nikon cameras and lenses.

Mike, thanks for the feedback. I will start using my polarizer to see what the effects are.

I have to add to all the accolades. These are truly magnificent images. I can only aspire to approximate the quality these demonstrate, but at least I know it's possible.
