Old stuff I thought was gone

Just discovered in my garage:
Canon F1 FD50mm 1.4 Has separate Powerwinder FN with battery stuck within it, don't know how damaged it is
Auto Vivitar 28mm F2.8
Canon Macro FL 50mm 3.5 (30003)
Life size adapter for Macro Canon (Have two of them)
Canon 50 mm FD 1.8
Tele extender
Canon FD 28mm 2.8
Canon FD 100mm 2.8
Canon AE1 "Program" FD 50.. 1.8
Canon TL body

Advice for this would be nice...or if anyone is interested...

All thought to be lost in a home move a few years ago.
Have no idea if someone is interested. I would think the bodies would need
some TLC with a camera repair shop, although they SEEM to be ok with all the disuse...

Just discovered in my garage: br Canon F1 FD50mm ... (show quote)

A great collection with the old F-1 in it. I used one for years. The power winder might be a lost cause. Swollen batteries and corrosion. You should inspect the lenses for fungus on the elements. Most likely the camera bodies will need the light seals replaced along the back edges and the hinge. Also the mirror "bumpers" inside the lens mount at the top where the mirror hits during the exposure. You might have some luck selling the equipment on Ebay. Years ago I bought old equipment and restored it then sold it there. Of course these days there's not much interest in film cameras. The F-1 body might be the exception.

I would hate to think what is lost up in the Attic.

This was in the garage....If I had an attic, the world would never run out of supplies of anything..
Also, thanks pounder..I don't know how much time I want to invest...it all seems so old....kinda like, "dead"..to me,
but I know there are folks that rebuild old ham radios, old cameras, old telephones, old slot machines, etc..

The F-1 and some of the Canon FD lenses are keepers or at least have the most value. Some schools still teach the old fashioned film photography and might could use the equipment if you wanted to donate it. Just a thought.

I would be interested if you accept shipping cost only for the lot.

I took a quick look on Ebay and an F-1 body was going from $50 to $150 with a 50mm 1.4 lens.
