I always reset my camera after a shoot but after a late evening I forgot to. The next day I was late for an appointment and saw this beautiful sight in Rhode Island. Stopped and quickly grabbed a few shots. Later viewing I found my ISO was at 8000 but still pleased.
Really beautiful. Where in RI is this?

Thank you. This is on Rt 14 at the Scituate reservoir looking North, around noon time. The water was so calm and beautiful. I just wish my ISO was down where I normally keep it at 64
Keep making those mistakes! That area is often quite colorful... very nice composition!
Hi !
I usually shoot my NIKON D500 , ISO 8000, Aperture preferred at f/16 to f/22, handheld ... most because at my age this 'controls' the shakes of the age ... your images are indeed very nice and you should be proud ... don't be afraid to experiment ... Warm regards, Lloyd
Absolutely beautiful images! Keep on making mistakes like that and sharing them.
These are what we call happy accidents! Nice.
