Yup, you just can't fix stupid.
as dumb as it gets ............
I'm impressed, she kept her cool through the whole 'do not touch/let go of my camera' ordeal.
But then, News personnel tend to get the crowd agitated just by being there. I wonder if they'd have gotten so irritated if a known neighbor had been taking video of the dig?
And... what exactly is a 'track' hoe? I would call it a 'back'-hoe. Guess it's the difference between East and West.
Any pimp would get irritated if you mess with his "hoe"
LOL

I live in Louisiana, near New Orleans. My motto of this state is "It's not the heat, not the humidity, it's the stupidity."

Or, it may be the difference between educated (backhoe) and unedumacated (trackhoe).
A Louisiana man claimed a reporter did not have the right to video record his trackhoe taken from a public street because it was his private property.
I guess a picture taken (on a public street) of his trackhoe is somehow an extension of him - ie, he is the man and what he says goes. Where do these country bumpkins get their wisdom or their law degree. It seemed (to me) the lady (loosely translated) at the edge of the water hole seemed to be the first to object to the taking of pictures. Then the trackhoe man (Dubois) seems to jump in to escalate the situation. Can't tell if he (Dubois) is trying to impress the lady and bolster her objections or he is just a man with an attitude problem. Either way, he is wrong every-way you slice it.
That "hoe" must have been real special to this guy (Dubois). I'm still trying to figure out what the objection was to filming the man's hoe! No not that kind of hoe! Is a backhoe the same as a backward hoe?
The whole thing seems to be - so far fetched - utterly ridiculous - total nonsense - sounds to ludicrous to state the obvious.
Elray Dubois (the man claiming the hoe as his) was so insistent that he was right, he even vowed to sue KALB reporter Brooke Buford (Videographer) if she dared air the video of his trackhoe (backhoe).
OK, I'd like to follow this ridiculous suet as it unfolds in court. Court date in August. Hope to see and hear more about Brooke and Nolan winning their case. If it is by a jury trial, they (the jury) can cut through this "hoe" business.
