Nice Street Portrait of a performance.

But since it is a non-candid staged performance it does not qualify as Street Photography.

Unless you can establish that the photographer recuited and staged the performance, you're assertion is false.

Any street performers are a "staged" act, specifically meant to be entertainment, and are choreographed. Photographs of such an act cannot be called spontaneous nor candid under typical circumstances, and because of that are never thought of as Street Photography.

There can be rare cases where such a staged act can be an incidental part of a Street Photograph that is targeting relationships between objects other than the actors. That is rare and hard to pull off.

Street Photography is pictures of things, called life, that happen in public, often streets but not always. Your definition of Street Photography would render it boring and inconsequential. Are you boss of this forum.

In fact the definition that is appropriate in this section is basically the standard definition from Colin Westerbeck's 1994 book "Bystander: A History of Street Photography". It does not render it boring nor inconsequential but rather it maintains a consistent and valid purpose. It is not just "life", it is also spontaneous and candid photography that highlights "the human condition". It does not work well when only parts of the definition are used (specifically because that would make it boring and inconsequential).
