Has anyone found a non OEM TTL flash that will work with this new camera? Thank you.

Does it have the Sony-type hot shoe? If so, there are adapters. I once had two small Sony cameras. One required the adapter, and the other didn't. Stupid! There's a reason why we have the word "standardization."

I googled "Flash for Sony DSC-RX10 IV," (and variations) and only on flash turned up. Not a good sign.

Thank you. Hopefully given more time, others will come up with something!

The sony DSC-RX10 IV has the Multi Interface Hot Shoe.
No longer have to use just their flash units.
The RX10 III has the same hot shoe, I have the RX10 III
and a lot of after market flashes work on mine.
I went to best buy and they let me try a couple of different
ones.

As GeneS stated, the current model Sony's have the Multi Interface shoe. Previous Sony DSLRs, as they were called then, had a smaller size hotshoe. While many will recommend getting the flash unit with the same brand as the camera, they are generally much more expensive. I own a Nikon and purchased a Yongnuo for it. Yongnuo makes flash units I know for sure, for Nikon, Canon, and Sony. You may want to inquire about a Yongnuo #YN 560-iv for Sony. Price is $69, and you can purchase it from B&H. Good luck. And shop around.
