Took this while shooting a charity auction last Saturday. They loved it so much that they paid good money for it. The proceeds of which, went to the auction which was for a special scholarship fund. I'm getting there.

Thank you. I was surprised that the organizers had only me in mind. I am not anywhere all that good. I did not mind doing it at all. I would not mind doing it again. I have been slowly gaining more and more business and this sort of thing helps get the word around. I was really surprised that the cheapest bid on one of my portraits went for $500.00. To me, this means that I can command a descent price and not have to practically give my work away in order to build clientele. I also found it interesting that this scholarship is intended for students who, when graduating college, have to apply their education in the insurance industry only.
