I am selling my much loved lens ... reason? I have purchased it's big brother (the much coveted) 70 - 200 f/2.8 IS II .... oh boy , can't believe I finally pulled the trigger :) :) Big grin.
Purchased in 2013 but used very carefully. Never dropped and in excellent condition with no scuffs or blemishes. $1000.00CDN firm.
I love this lens, it has served me so very well but our affair has been brief. When I get to my studio, I take it out of my Pelican case, complete my shoot, and place it back into the Pelican case.
Someone will get an EXCELLENT lens for a very good price (Canadian)

Not trying to discourage you, but you may want to reconsider your pricing for a faster sale. Amazon is selling this model NEW for $1,099.

Is that Amazon US? If so its considerably more in Canadian funds.

Thanks for your response Jack47. You are quite correct, in Canada, currently this lens is $1400 (on sale) plus tax. Regular price is $1700 plus tax.
