We've lost a Special Christian Choir Director

Sad news folks, Landy Gardner who founded Christ Church Choir here in Nashville lost his fight with cancer October 28th 2017. His choirs were just the
best. Winning several Dove Awards. He lead Christ Church Choir on many trips to spread Christianity into the Ukraine and other eastern countries dominated by anarchy. At one time, Christ Church Choir was the choir of choice by many major recording artists here in Nashville like Dolly Parton, The Judds, and the Charlie Daniels Band to name a few. They played many engagements to full houses at the Grand Ole Opry House in the 1990's. They recorded many albums, I don't know the exact number, but I have 17 of them in my personal collection. Landy and his wife Joy were experts in arranging songs for choirs. Joy is a regular on The Gaithers Homecoming series. Everyone in Nashville is saddened and devastated. My wife sang in Christ Church Choir for 18 years and this loss had her in tears. It's too soon to announce funeral plans, I suggest you check the internet for details.
