let's see. I need to defibrillate someone so now how to I get them to stand up in the kiosk so I can work on them? Actually it is probably only housing a portable defibrillator unit.

Yes - its a portable unit. The door of the kiosk has a number pad to open. Key in the displayed number to open the door and emergency services are summoned at the same time.
