His neighbor sets the example (photog) bought a nice camera a lens now 5 years later, he has a backpack full, when going out to shoot looks as if leaving home for a couple weeks all hunched over from the heavy load. Ah just camera gear!

As the image shows they use the garage for their vehicles so they must have a storage shed in back. Can't imagine having all that stuff in the house.
