I’m not an expert, but next time try taking the photo about 15 mn before the sky is not so dark. You may like the result
That’s my own opinion .It is a beautiful picture.

Awesome photo of my favorite city to visit. My wife is a California (Sunnyvale) girl so we go home often. Thanks for posting.

I found it's quite highly pixelated. There's no EXIF. What camera and exposure settings?

Yes, it is highly pixelated and deliberately so. And why would you care and for what reason?

There is no EXIF because I choose not to post that. And again, why would you care and for what reason do you want that?

"What camera and exposure setting?." Why would I have to post that and why would you want that or even care?

I post it that way so you can't do that. I can print my files for my own use just fine.
