Nice shot. Shot from Coumeenoole Beach I believe. I was there a couple of weeks ago. Dingle is my favorite corner of Ireland.

My people, on my mothers side, are from the Dingle area. Sadly, I've never been.

On our first trip to Ireland we were advised that if, due to time restrictions, we had to make a choice between the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula we should choose Dingle. Fortunately we were able to do both. But the advice was well taken and on a subsequent trip years later we spent all our time in Dingle and the rest of the West Coast. Beautiful😊

Good advice. Although the Ring of Kerry is beautiful, it is only better known than Dingle because the big tour buses can get around it. The big European coaches can't negotiate the roads around Slea Head.

Thanks. Had a great trip, and especially liked Dingle. It was just the right size, and the Ring of Dingle drive was fabulous.
Went to the Dingle Bar and, unexpectedly, the champion dancer of Ireland danced for the crowd. His Dad owns the bar, and he works there while not in college.
