Frozen Beach (Warning Abstract)

I know this type of photo is not everyone's cup of tea so I apologize if I interrupted your viewing pleasure. I was walking on the beach on a frosty day in March when I noticed an interesting pattern created by the crusty frozen sand mixing with fresh water and salt water ice crystals. I took a dozen photos, these were two of my favorites and maybe one will be a page in my 2018 calendar project.

at very least interesting. a wall hang? maybe depending on personal taste. Good work regardless

I love stuff like this. Good eye! You did a great job. Not one hummer or flower in the photos. 😊 I believe there is an abstract forum on UHH.

Thanks, Angela. I normally shoot landscapes but I learned something that day by pointing the lens down.

Thanks, Karin. I think the bit of blue frozen fresh water made them more interesting.
