Not really. He had just eaten a fish. You can see fish blood on his lip. He did not exhibit any aggressive behavior such as clacking his teeth, swatting at the water with a paw, hair was not raised on his neck and this was in the mist of a salmon run so he was busy gorging himself for winter.
