Thanks mate ... I have over the last few years noticed a decline in number's ...I was hoping it was just me ... sadly NSW researchers have now confirmed this decline ... I always go back to the same places as they are one of my favorites to ... One place I have seen numbers fall each year .. from 40 or 50 pair but this year I only found 4 pair ... decline in bees cats and foxes would be my guess ...As they nest in the side of Creek bed's ... let's hope it's just a natural cycle
