I need a part for my camera, whats it called?

I never use them no need I just take them off and put them a box I have never seen one on a camera when I'm out , if any one uses these I will be surprised .

I'm sure its there , I just can't seem to find it. Or I may cut a piece of plastic from a milk jug and stick it in there.

I agree, willikioti .... None of my cameras have them anymore. It's been years....never missed them either!

I admit to being a little surprised by some of the above comments. If you are shooting Live View, you really need these eyepiece covers to prevent stray light entering and messing up the exposure.

My mind tried everythinb but hot shoe cover, like contact cover etc , some times you just draw a blank , thanks everyone

Someone asked why would you want it? Because its too easy to damage those contacts with out it

I seldom use mine but 5 for 30 cents was hard to refuse, especially since I had eBay "bucks" to spend.
