I am a little new to this picture taking stuff and really do like to travel the country side here in WI and take shots of barns, landscape and equiptment sitting around a farm here and there.
I am retired and spend a lot of time on the p.c. writting about my career as a policeman and about my life's story in general.

Will be watching to see some of your photos. I know there are several that post here that also like the old building and such. I'm more at a point of the few things I don't care too shoot and everytime I think I know some one posts an excellent of that very subject that shows how wrong I can be - yet again.

Right now I have been taking shots every two days of the trees changing colors and dropping leaves then sending the pictures on to my daughter who lives in Florida.

Welcome, Buddy. Looking forward to seeing some of your barn photos. The old wooden barns are too fastly fading away(Like me) The new metal buildings just don't have the character of the past.

Thanks for the reply Emmett. Unfortunately right now I have a problem with my computer and can not send any pictures out. For some reason the format has changed and all I get is a differnt symbol that I do not recognize and it does not open.I can send a doc but not pictures??? Any idea's?

I have no idea, other than - are they jpg, tiff, or photoshop doc. I'm not up to all the computer tech stuff. you might try the "contact us" tab at the bottom of this page. Good Luck
